This plan establishes procedures for employees to follow during workplace emergencies at OurVita Ion Labs, Largo FL.

Evacuation Routes
Primary evacuation routes are posted at all exits. Assembly point: Front parking lot, north end by flagpole.
- Building A — exits to east and west parking lots
- Building B (Lab) — exit through main corridor to front lot
- Warehouse — roll-up door or personnel door to south lot
Fire Response
- Activate nearest fire alarm pull station
- Evacuate immediately via nearest exit
- Call 911 from assembly point
- Do NOT re-enter until all-clear from fire department
